Our second event at Culford saw the band achieve an exceptional standard of musicianship in just two days, performing to an audience of family and friends on Sunday afternoon, who thoroughly enjoyed what we had achieved. Our musicians tackled some challenging music from the wind band repertoire, some highlights being ‘The Witch and the Saint’ (Steven Reineke), Japanese Graffiti V (an arrangement of traditional Japanese music by Atsuhiro Isozaki), Noah’s Ark (Bert Appermont) and Tintin Prisoners of the Sun (Arranged by Johan de Meij).

Musicians also had the opportunity to play in small ensembles during the evening, before heading to the bar to partake in some well deserved refreshment!
