Culford School October 2022

We enjoyed another great weekend of music at Culford School in October. Once again, our musicians achieved an excellent standard of performance in just two days and everyone enjoyed the challenge of working on a variety of music from the Symphonic Wind Band Repertoire. Some of the music tackled included: Lexicon of the Gods and Cry of the Last Unicorn (Rossano Galante), Balkan Dance (Etienne Crausaz), Opening Night on Broadway (Arr M. Brown) and Symphonic Dances from Fiddler on the Roof (Jerry Bock arr. Ira Hearshen).

There was still time for plenty of socialising in the bar during the evening and the quiz that was available for all those who wanted to attempt it, proved to be almost as challenging as some of the music!
