Terms and Conditions
Once we receive your application, we will send you an email with confirmation of your place and details of how to pay . To cover the costs of our venue, we do require a deposit of 20% on your chosen package, to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 28 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances, except where Captured in Music cancels the event.
If we cannot confirm your place, due to the weekend being oversubscribed, you will have the option to be added to our reserve list and will be contacted if a place becomes available. No deposit is required from those who are placed on a reserve list.
If the event has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, your deposit will be carried over to a rescheduled weekend.
Refunds for withdrawal from a music weekend apply as follows:
a) more than 28 days before the start of the weekend – full refund less deposit
b) 22 – 28 days before the start of the weekend – 75% refund less deposit
c) 15 – 21 days before the start of the weekend – 50% refund less deposit
d) 8 – 14 days before the start of the weekend – 25% refund less deposit
e) Less than 8 days before the start of the weekend – no refund
The date of refund is calculated from the date we receive your written confirmation that you would like to withdraw.
